At Andleeb’s Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your bank account

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
